Our story

POKE & SUSHI BBQ was founded by the three of us who share a passion for delicious foods. each of us developed working in multiple sushi and poke restaurants on the west coast we've merged Japanese dishes with American-style and Hawaiian-style poké. the result is a fast-casual dining experience with a modern twist. Today, we are committed to serving fresh-daily fish, premium sauces, and top-notch ingredients in a way that’s fast, convenient, and (of course) delicious. Poke sushi is health best food

This is the first poke place I've seen in KC that has so many protein choices to choose from! Raw and cooked options make it easy to bring the whole family in for dinner. Not to mention, I noticed they also had some bulgogi dishes on their menu if you dont want a poke bowl. If you haven't, I definitely recommend giving this place a try, it's definitely worth the cost for the amount of food you get and I can't wait to bring all my coworkers in for lunch soon!

The poke was amazing, one of the best I've had in KC. There were also a lot of options for the add ons you can include in the poke bowl, and most of them are free so you definitely get your money's worth. The service was nice and atmosphere was clean, cozy, and modern.
